Real-time primers for Bacteria?

I'm planning on doing molecular screening for bacteria (Domain Bacteria, no subclasses) in soil samples with real time PCR. Can anyone suggest what primer I can use for the PCR?

you could try primers from Gerard Muyzer (1994) P1 and P2. These target the V3 region of bacterial 16S. here is a link:-
