Has anyone tried expressing a target gene using the pJET1.2 cloning vector from Thermo Scientific (Fermentas)?

We are trying to get a rough idea whether a catobolic gene target can be expressed. We have primers for the full coding sequence. I was just wondering about the applicability of using this vector...
