• I've been looking through literature of reduced CE-SDS of monoclonal antibodies and I frequently see this 'post-HC' peak. I don't know if it is specific to a particular IgG, but I see it frequently and no papers seem to describe what it is.
  • The peak migrates slightly slower than the HC, it doesn't match the HC migration when deglycosylated, and it's faster than the HC-LC thioether.
  • A different paper by Janssen from 2019 (10.1080/19420862.2019.1646554) points it out, but fails to identify it.
  • I'm curious if anyone knows what this peak is? Thoughts?
