How to calculate the rate of evaporation of water in vacuum. What is the exact formula for that?

If any reference please attach.

I need the exact formula for rate of evaporation of water in vacuum.

You need to look at the partial pressure of water versus pressure. You then need to couple this with the pressure and pumping speed of your vaccum system.
