Hello, I'm looking to evaluate the levels of interleukins such as IL-6, IL-10, and factors such as TNF-α and TGF-β in the skin of Wistar rats. The animal models will be subjected to skin wounds and subsequent treatment.
I would like to know which tissue processing protocol would be most appropriate for this case.
Do you recommend a specific brand or lysis buffer? Or what components of this buffer do you recommend that won't interfere with ELISAs?
If there is a more adequate way to perform the experiment, I am open to advice and comments.
Thank you very much!
