Hi, I'm interested if there is a package for R that could be used for calculating deviations from Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium for population data using SSR markers. I'm working with genind objects, and have found packages for nearly all other analyses, including He, Ho and FIS. The only thing I found was hw.test from pegasus package, but it calculates deviation for each locus in each population.
