I think the problem lies in your step values. You may try with different incremental values inorder to make computations limited.

Dear Ms.Samadi,

I think this error can be solved by setting a smaller value for the initial, maximum, and minimum increment size in the incrementation tab of the static general step.

Remember that the problem may be solved, but the time needed for running the model will be increased.
