"dblp is currently not actively adding new items to this venue" means?

I asked a journal assistant whether that journal is indexed in DBLP. He said YES.

I searched on DBLP and found that journal.

It says, ""dblp is currently not actively adding new items to this venue".

Does that mean DBLP indexes that venue later or it stopped indexing that journal?

Please reply as soon as possible.

As it is mentioned that they are not currently adding items therefore it seems they will not index any more items as well. For example, Information Economics and Policy journal last indexed issue is from 2018. It is also saying the same. It's better to avoid publishing on these journals if you are looking for DBLP indexing.
