According to the Vienna convention for the protection of the ozone layer, countries have agreed to phase out some substances that deplete the ozone layer. I would like to discuss the progress of your country to reduce/phase out those substances.
According to my information, Belgium and most of the European countries have forbidden the use of CFC, HFC and HCFC in usual applications as spray and new air conditioning systems.
New industrial refrigeration devices are also free of these substances. Nevertheless some old installations are till in service... That means that when they will be destroyed some Chlorofluorocarbons could be released in the atmosphere.
