Hi.I have some samples of silicone rubber Raman Spectra with RapidID DeltaNU with excitation wavelnght 785nm. Main visible difference between samples are at 500cm-1. What bond causes this peak?

The band at 500 1/cm (490 1/cm?) could be due Si-O-Si stretching vibrations, see Cai et al, Journal of Molecular Structure 976 (2010) 274–281.

If there is some further resemblance between SiO2 glass and silicone rubber apart from showing the symmetrical Si-O-Si stretching vibration at around 800 cm-1, then I would atribute the vibration at 500 cm-1 to the corresponding bending vibrations.
