Hi All,

I'm using Elastix software to do the registration between a histology image and MRI?

I have some questions:

1. what do you think the most important parameters that could affect the robustness of the registration task ?

2. I have an issue that the image is rotated but the pixel direction is not rotated. Do you have any suggestion to rotate the image and the pixels directions at the same time?
