Can someone provide me a questionnaire to evaluate the impact of human resource management practices (recrutement, training, carreer planing, compensation, communication, evaluation,etc) on company pratices?

Niyungeko, this is a good question. Various questionnaires have sought to measure different variables that could impact on organisational performance. These variables range from HRM practices, including performance appraisals, recruitment and selection for example, to organisational climate and employee commitment. I would suggest to study the after Corona impact of human resource management on organizational performance. I believe that all human resource practice have been affected by COVID-19 Pandenic.
