I am extremely grateful for your explanation.

The "bright spots" means: In some areas, it is higher than the height of the MoS2 island as shown in the figure"AFM1 and AFM2".

Furthermore, I also discovered that sometimes there is a circular core at the center of the triangular MoS2 island. The SEM characterization shows it as a “black core”, while the AFM characterization shows it as a “bright spot”.

I'm very curious about the reason for this phenomenon and I'm looking forward to communicating with you.
