Amirhosein, you can search for the journal online. Google Scholar, for example, lists journal metrics: and you can play around with the subcategories for lists. In your field (exercise physiology) you can find physiology as a subcategory (I did not have time to look for exercise and I do not know what you actually study, maybe health journals would be better) . One of the top journals is the The Journal of Physiology. Search for that in any search engine. Put it in quotes so it is an exact phrase search ("The Journal of Physiology"). The Journal of Physiology is a Wiley journal and the has a contact link (https://physoc.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/hub/journal/14697793/about/contact-us). All the information you might need can be found there.

The journal should have a website. If contact information is note provided on the website, I would not think that the journal is professional.
Try the Scimago website whereby you will find out valuable information about journals.
Email address and other details can easily be available on website for good journals.
