Hello Yahya,

Does not matter- anywhere is fine- as long as you use the same 650 nm or 600 nm for "all your samples + blanks + standards".

Absorbance is a relative and arbitrary unit and does not really have to be comparative across studies- and you must not compare readings with other studies/ laboratories.

If you see the paper as an example here in the Figure 1:Application and Analysis of the Folin Ciocalteu Method for the Determination of the Total Phenolic Content from Limonium Brasiliense L :https://www.researchgate.net/publication/237096981_Application_and_Analysis_of_the_Folin_Ciocalteu_Method_for_the_Determination_of_the_Total_Phenolic_Content_from_Limonium_Brasiliense_L

; anywhere in the range of 500- 900 nm you would get a reading for antoxidants or say phenolics". It has to be in that visible range of ~350 nm- upwards!
