To publish a paper in a good rank journal you should check that the name of journal is listed in scimagojr (SJR) and Elsevier journals. These papers which have published in any journal that listed by SJR and Elsevier are good to publish your paper.

Be aware that some of these journals are Quartile 1 (Q1) which are very excellent, some of them are Q2 which are very good. So if you want to studying abroad I advice you to publish your article in Q1 journal or at least in Q2 journal in this way you have more chance to be accepted in a PhD position in future.

Every journal has some index like Impact Factor (IF) to evaluate the quality of that. See SJR and Elsevier to find journals and related indices.
