I want to learn opinions of teachers on future classes or learning environments that they think to be around in next decades. The purpose of the study will be to determine the expected qualities of future classes (a picture of future learning environments) according to teachers opinions. I am having problem in selecting the right design for it? as I am mixed in choosing grounded, case or phenomenological research.
I sounds like you have been overly influenced by Creswell's book on Five Traditions. That book is not meant to be exclusive -- there are many other methods and "traditions" in qualitative research.
In your case, I suggest you look into Delphi methods, which are widely used to get predictions about the future. Note, however, that much of the early work on Delphi methods only began with a qualitative phase, and then moved into quantitative rating of those qualitative results. Since then, it has become more common to do purely qualitative Delphi studies.
Your methodological approach should be driven by your ontology and epistemology. What do you believe about the nature of reality and how we come to know things? Is knowledge something that you discover or create?

Heather, actually I want to put forth the picture of what future classes will look like with teachers, school management and components like technology. I want to discover the expected future classrooms by requesting teachers to tell the future classes in their mind with all possible details including new teaching methods, redesigned classes and equipments.
It sounds like you have a very coherent research program, so I would resist the temptation to get lost in philosophical abstractions like ontology and epistemology.
In my view, depending on the resources and time you have, you could plan several steps: first to start with a case study, then to use Delphi, or other expert estimation, or/and to compare teachers/students attitudes with focus groups. You even could interact on changing the educational environment with Action research.
