I would like to implement a qualitative research design using grounded theory as a process.
Currently, I am conducting a business model study that already implements a lot overseas but not in my country. Therefore, a lot of example and data that could be utilized to support my research and future framework that can produce with a local perspective on it. FYI, I would like to use grounded theory as a process for my research.
Is anybody could share their experience in this research method and what is the best method that can be used to support my research with the end of the study to produce a theory/framework with this method?

Some of my Ph.D. students used grounded theory, but only in very particular conditions able to study populations, settings, and data that were not yet coping with any previous theory or research problematic. The condition to opt for a grounded theory methodological approach must come from exhausting any other previous theories since it is a methodology that we convoke to build up a theory directly from data. Thus, it is not possible to decide a priori that one is going to use grounded theory. It is an aftermath that comes from the limits of our research question and available academic literature around it. Don't forget that one of the most interesting, but difficult, demands of grounded theory is that you need to treat academic literature as data.

As Ivo Carneiro de Sousa mentioned above, the position of grounded theory among methodologies is quite a special one. Grounded theory (GT) is not about deduction but about induction. GT offers conceptual and in a way "technical" means to organize your data in meaningful ways in order to create a new model or theory. However, a part of this process is to validate your theory against already existing ones, which you find from research literature. There exist several schools under the umbrella term grounded theory when it comes to the role of literature.
Dear Wan Muhammad Idham Wan Mahdi. When answering methodological questions here, I frequently suggest to make a thorough literature review. Some grounded theory schools maintain, that literature reviews may even be harmful. These arguments are based on ideas, that the researcher should not force the data to a familiar model but allow the data itself "talk". However, in your case it seems essential that you find examples of grounded theory applications that are relevant and in a way analogous in terms of your project. During the review it may even appear that grounded theory is not the correct key for your case.

Grounded Theory is generally used for highly exploratory purposes (i.e., theory generation). In this case, it sounds you seem to have quite a bit of information already available from experiences in other countries, so you might want to choose a different approach that would build on that existing data.

Chinaza Godswill Awuchi the main thing that you omitted is that GT requires alternating the data collection and data analysis. In particular, what you learn from the analysis of your initial interviews will influence who you choose to interview next and what questions you choose to ask them. There is thus a continual evolution of the data collection process, which is quite different from analyzing the data by "finding repeating themes by thoroughly reviewing the data."
