I'm looking for a qualitative data set (preferably one that has already been published) that has transcribed and coded from interviews and/or small group setting. The topic area is not important.
The purpose is to produce a publishable paper on a research methodological approach that may be able to provide quantitative outcomes from data that originated from a qualitative study. Possibility of co-authorship available.

Todd - seems a bit of a questionable request. The only way that you can use qualitative data to inform quantitative is if it is an originally intended mixed methods approach. The fact that the topic area is not important seems very questionable as well. Can you elaborate further on what you are trying to achieve?

Without going into a great deal of detail here, it's not uncommon to use previously analyzed data sets when trying new analytical approaches - think of it like statistical methods: the origin of the data sets don't matter if you were exploring a new measure of central tendency in a quantitative study.
The approach I am exploring uses actual phrases as recorded from study participants. There's no need for me to run a new study to collect and code the phrases, because I am not specifically exploring the study outcome, but rather exploring a methodology of bringing additional interpretive or summary meaning to those phrases.

As far as I know, there is no archive for qualitative data in the U.S., but there are sources available in Britain. See Corti and Backhouse (2005) "Acquiring Qualitative Data for Secondary Analysis."
