Qpcr data analysis

I performed qpcr on my 3 biological replicates with untreated and treated.

Delta ct values are very close together but when I try to calculate log2 delta delta the variance is huge between biological replicates. all of them are normalized to two HKG. Can I just present the Delta CT and do statistic on them?
