currently, I have extracted lipopolysaccharide from pseudomonas aeruginosa and will perform Purpald assay for quantification, my question is :
1- can I use different conc. of Kdo as standard?
2- after obtaining my sample concentration from the curve, it will be in millimole, How to convert it to mg/ml?

Hello, to convert the millimole to mg/l you need to know the molecular weight of your lipopolysaccharide. You can use SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with mol weight markers for the estimation of molecular weight.
Also, you can use different concentrations as a working standard.
