Can anybody tell me please . what is the way to purificate and concentrate gold nanoparticles. i prepare the nanoparticles by reduction, after centrifuge them 13000rpm x15 min to many times, until the water is clear but lost nanoparticles.
Someone could recommend me a protocol to concentrate and purify the nanoparticles.

If they are too small you might need higher rcf to avoid loosing nanoparticles. You can always use ultrafiltration. Also if the nanoparticles have a large positive or negative charge they will tend to stay in suspension, you can try adding some salt or a pH change if something responds to it in the surface.
Trying using ultra centrifugation at 18,000-20,000 rpm which will purify AuNPs.
How about ultrafiltration?
