We would like to order an E. Coli strain with a specific serotype (O113 H10 K negative), but I had not success when I search for this in repositories like ATCC and others. This particular E Coli serotype is used frequently to extract LPS. Any suggestion where I might be able to buy this is highly appreciated.
So I do not want to buy LPS/endotoxin, I want to buy an E Coli strain with a particular serotype I can culture...
You might take a look through the available strains at The Coli Genetic Stock Center (http://cgsc2.biology.yale.edu). They do not charge much, mostly handling/shipping fees.
Well, it seems like this particular strain is not freely available. See here, for example (https://govtribe.com/project/cgmp-endotoxin-for-clinical-trials):
