several sources through a Google Search would suggest not to publish with them.
see e.g. here: http://www.slate.com/articles/technology/future_tense/2014/03/lap_lambert_academic_publishing_my_trip_to_a_print_content_farm.html
or the previously asked question https://www.researchgate.net/post/Is_it_worth_publishing_with_Lambert_Academic_publishers
My immediate recommendation would be open access or self publication or even to create a journal article focussing on one particular aspect of your thesis. However, different fields of research have different points of view and procedures. Your supervisor might be a good point of reference here.
good depends on your field and priorities. My first suggestion would be contacting your Supervisor and Librarian, they should have a few suggestions.
Other than self publishing I can only suggest contacting the relevant publishers in your field directly but be aware the response time can be quite long.
