If someone wants to publish his/her works, what is the impact if all the papers are submitted and published on a single journal sequentially? Why we change the journal once we choose it, provided that the topic of our study in lines with the journal's scope and the journal's reputability is of high standard?

I tend to agree with the previous points for advantages and disadvantages. I generally consider one journal to consistently aim for unless the content really does not match the scope of that journal. It is quite prestigious for my colleagues locally and internationally. They all think this is a good standard.
The disadvantage, of course, is that my work generally will be read by the same people all the time.
My organisation will think "why does he always go there?" but they realise it is quite a good and consistent impact factor so they probably will not mind at all.
