I want to write a cumulative thesis for my PhD. Has anyone included an R package that was published on Bioconductor (with a DOI and peer-reviewed) as a publication in their cumulative thesis? I would be happy to receive references to theses where the university accepted the publication as equivalent to a publication in a journal.
