To accelerate the COVID-19 research and vaccine development we collected a list of publicly available datasets with single-cell (scRNAseq) and T-cell/antibody immune repertoire (AIRR / RepSeq / immunosequencing) data. Link:

Actually, the research is being progressed in multi-disciplinary way throughout the world. Some countries have declared that vaccine for COVID-19 in the month of July but yet to be finalized by conducting the periodical clinical trials with mammals, human beings of all nationalities in the world to confirm process will take another one time period. It is welcomed that the multi-dimensional research on COVID-19 by different disciplinarians will bring a definite conclusion in the near future.
