Makhabbat - best to go to a search repository (such as SCImago) and use the drop-boxes for your discipline. It will highlight, in rank order i.e. Impact Factor and Q-ranking the main journals in your discipline. They will also offer you links direct to the journal website for you to check scope, content etc.
What I would do would be to first submit the thesis summary to Journals' Master List and then go through the suggested journals. I will pay attention to ISI Web of science indexing and the impact factor. Like Dean Whitehead said, the links will be provided to the journals where you would consider the cost and speed of publication
