Those protocols are carefully reviewed by ethics boards before being approved. What are some of the most notable cases where the ethically-sanctioned practices were violated, study data was inappropriately released, or similar academic misconduct?
Hello Ted, I believe there have been several instances where data was released. One example that readily comes to my mind was the report of Princess Diana's bulimia, and details of her less than happy childhood, when she encountered problems in later life. I think that all these things should not have been revealed. She, like others, has a right to privacy.
