Protocol for internalization of antibody - can anyone help?

I want to assay antibody internalization by IF procedure.

I would be grateful if everyone kindly provide me with Acceptable Methods for Scientific Assessment.

Please send me a general protocol with details if its possible for you. i want a protocol to define Whether my antibody is internalized through its receptor or not?
