Does anyone know of a protocol which I can isolate chromatin associated RNAs from frozen cells. Essentially I am looking to monitor transcriptional output of RNA polymerases during a time-course experiment, however labelling nascent RNA with 4sU or other ribonucleotide analogue is not currently an option I can do.
Any help would be much appreciated.
