I agree with Francois, Immunoprecipitation followed by WB with anti-Ubiquitin is the most common way, If you have a good anti-ub antibody. In my hands, mouse
monoclonal anti-ubiquitin (clone FK2) from Affiniti Research, worked quite well.
You can treat your cells with proteasome inhibitors (MG132) a few hours before harvesting to increase the probability of detecting ubiquitination. This treatment should also increase the satbility of your protein, which would be an indirect proof that your protein is ubiquitinated,
