Most people can get their hands on some BSA and IgG. If you know a friendly molecular biologist who lyses bacteria with lysozyme, the combination of the three proteins under reducing conditions will give you will give you 67, 50, 25 and 14kDa, and under non reducing 150, 67 and 14kDa.
If you can explain to me what experiment in the world can be done for less than the price of a protein ladder, that requires a protein ladder, then I'll send you a free protein ladder.

However, we would like to clarify that we are facing budget constraints due to setting up our lab for protein purification for the first time, and our current funds are being utilized in purchasing essential equipment and reagents required for protein purification setup.
Furthermore, we are located in a developing country where every reagent and equipment are significantly more expensive than in other parts of the world. This situation further exacerbates our budget constraints and makes it challenging for us to acquire all the necessary materials to carry out our research.
