Proteasome Inhibitor that blocks Caspase-like activity?

Hi,

Any suggestion for proteasomal inhibitor that blocks caspase-like activity of the proteasome in mammalian cells?

MG132 and Bortezomib both acts on ChT-like acitvity!

N-Acetyl-Leu-Leu-Nle-CHO known as ALLN is working very well in inhibiting proteasome activity when measuring caspase-3 like activity.
