Theorizing about the formation of the world, in this period of time, determines its nature and shape from the discoveries of different fields of science, such as fundamental particles observed in particle accelerators and observational data of advanced telescopes. Theories that lack empirical data remain as theories and facts. The amount of our discoveries depends on various factors that do not allow us to achieve them at the times we have determined! As if we are not going to reach everything at this time! Because we destroy human civilization with untimely discoveries! Great geniuses who can make fundamental changes in the world appear gradually! The world is waiting for us to reach real and human maturity! So that we don't destroy each other with advanced technologies! So we should try to develop high human cultures along with scientific discoveries!

What you put in perspective in the introduction of your discussion was the exact project of Alfred Korzybski, that he tried to implement in the first half of the 20thcentury. He failed at this point in time because knowledge about the manner in which "certainties" become biologically established in the neocortex was not sufficiently advanced for him to understand how such progress could be implemented, which prevented the elite of the time from understanding the justification of his project, and still does to this day.
This discovery was made and published in 1949 By Donald Hebb, one year only before Korzybski passed away.
Much progress has been done and synthesized since then. A recently updated synthesis was published on this issue with all formal references provided and direct links to those references that are available on the Internet:

The only way for such a progress to become implemented turns out to be putting its solution within reach of the upcoming generation that has not yet reached the level of "biological certainty" in other directions about such fundamental issues.
