Dear all i would like to know a site where I can analyze the
presence of motifs or protein domains?
I wanted a site that, for a given protein sequence, welook
reasons-the presence of protein domains. eg. I tried
ITIM motifs (I / V / L / SxYxxL / V).

In the bottom of the webpage you will find Specialized BLAST tools. There you can use "conserved domains" and others.
