Problems accessed RG ?

Since several weeks ago I am experiencing a problem. Research Gate can’t recognize my devices (iPhone and Laptop).

its necessary for me login, identify with many questin update password, etc. And finelly after of time consuming I am able to have acces to the information and news that I received from RG to my email. I will appreciate technical help in this regards, thank you,
