Problem with Thermo Finnigan LCQ Deca XP plus. Trap offset voltage failure?

Our lab has a Thermo Finnigan LCQDeca XP plus.

The diagnostics say our trap offset voltage is failing. The current values for the coarse offset voltage and fine offset voltage are -0.3 and -0.18 respectively. I have checked the fuses (F1, F2, F3 and F4 ) on the system PCB and they seem fine. I have also switched out the Top cover PCB, Auxiliary analyzer PCB and waveform amplifier PCB with replacement parts we have in the lab but it still doesn't work.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
