Problem with plotting spectra in EEG lab?

I am trying to learn eeglab, and i record the data from muse with 4 channels, i cleaned it step by step and upload it for analysis. now the problem is this that i want to plot the spectra but its not working and giving me error that data set is empty which i am not getting it. kindly please tell me what could be the reason for this?
