i dont use stirring or rotation the solution(0,5M H2SO4 and the working electrode is not on movement )

For your disgnostics on the PGTSTAT, did you connect all the electrodes on the dummy cell correctely? If so you have a big problem with your PGSTAT. What potentiostat do you use? have you tested the simple test of CV on dummy cell? What is the result?
