I want to model the transport of As, Fe and Hg in a river, assuming it as a 1-D column. I would like to simulate reactive transport incorporating precipitation and surface complexation if possible. For this should I define reactions by my self or will the data base will generate them. I'm attaching the script I'm currently working on.
