Hi, when i plot the time dependent plot of a selected point of a beam (for example in w displacement), the resulted plot was true but it is not smooth enough as i expect it. i try to decrease time steps and decrease error but the result not changed. note: i also zoom and decrease the range of time to a few mil seconds but sine plot is not smoothed.
is any one has problem like me, and what is the solution?

Two thoughts: 1) The time step that you input is not necessarily the steps that the solver takes, but the steps that you want to show in your results. If you are sure that you have enough time steps then consider 2) Under Line Graph there is a Quality option where you can adjust the resolution. Check out nonlinear_acoustics_westervelt_1d in the model library. There should really be no problem in getting a smooth response...
