Which kind of blockchain (private or public) is suitable to use for the dataset of agribusiness?
The dataset is primarily collected from farmers, that are directly engaged in agriculture.
Which blockchain have you adopted (in the past or planning to adopt in future) in your project or research?
Do you have any specific reasons to use private blockchain or public blockchain?

Anonymity is a feature of blockchain technology, but it's not mandatory or even desirable in certain applications.
One key of food safety is traceability, specially for organic farming. I therefore strongly suggest that for agriculture public identity of each and every supplier and ingredient in the food chain be mandatory.

I think public blockchain technology is better because their customers is more than private blockchain technologies and eventually their security is more safe.
