Does anyone know a tool to design primers for Hi-C or 3C (chromosome conformation capture) on rat? And preferably cutting with HindIII or DpnII. All the online tools I found only uses human, mouse, etc. databases (no rat) and everything I found published is on human, mouse or yeast
