Primerpro tool? - FAQS.TIPS

We are trying to do Esr SSR analysis from a FASTA file using primer pro, it works nicely for "example file included in documentation " but when applied to our own multifasta file it shows some string concatnation error and primer 3 is not able to generate primers in csv file. Does anybody know how to solve this problem? On running modules separately in perl scripts, misa.pl and est_trimmer seem to work fine in workflow but p3in.pl and p3out.pl show some string concatnation errors and stop generating primer files.
