I am looking for a Statistical Software "free" that is able to perform Principal component analysis, Discriminant analysis, and cluster analysis. This program should be easy to use and with a clear graphic results visualization. R is too complex for me!

there is a graphical user interface in R that's called "Rcmdr" (R commander). it works pretty much like spss:

have a look at the "tree structure" on this site and check "Statistics - Summaries - Active data set" > "Dimensional analysis - Scale reliability".
you also get the actual R code, so you can see that there is nothing to be afraid of. ;-)
Sara, I'm sure you don't want to hear this, but just take a deep breath and learn R. I know it's confusing at the beginning, but there is a lot of support out there and it does all the things you want and much more. The R Book by John Crawley shows you how to do PCA, discriminant analysis and cluster analysis and do some nice plots as well. Get a copy of that. Shut yourself in a room for the day and work through it. If you are having problems, there's a lot of online help. You will learn a heap of valuable skills.
Yes go for R... For some people it looks frightening at first sight but with a good GUI (like e.g. R-Studio) and appropriate literature (in your casethe Numerical Ecology with R, http://www.springer.com/gp/book/9781441979759) you can apply all the methods you mentioned very well. Good luck!

i am also agreed with above all and i am also fan of R. i have been involve in it since 3 years and found very good but you will have also option for Rapid-miner and Weka. you can also used them if you are interested!

I think you could use R and the package Rcmdr (R-commander). It is very similar to all other packages that uses windows and clicks to do the analysis. R is really worth a try, it is frightening at first but then you really get into the flow. But you can start with R-commander.
