Previously some data I have uploaded in Mendeley database and it provides DOI number. Can I publish the same data with another journal ? Please suggest.

In my opinion, this is another norm of plagiarism.
No, this is against publication ethics which most of the journal follows.
So, if it is just a data set with DOI, you can use it with a citation in a different paper in a different style. However, if you would like to re-publish it as it is, of course, it can be an example of plagiarism.

Most journal require a declaration that the work is not published elsewhere :)
The chances of plagiarism are large and against publication ethics
In the publication ethics, it is highly prohibited to use the same data of previous publications, but for any new experiment and hypothesis, you can use your previous dataset as secondary data to compare with new data.
