i have a question:
if i submit an abstract to different conferences but with two different audience.
in the two conference i made a presentation only with slightly different content to match audience interest , is this ok ?
Also what about if i add some extension to the work? can i count two papers?
My last question , if i did a presentation only in one conference and then submit a full manuscript in another conference , is that ok ? can we count two in this case considering the effort to prepare full manuscript?
If you mean the same paper (copy-paste) then it is not allowed and unethical, but, if your are asking about two different papers, then its OK and go ahead.

Mustafa - the intention of research findings is to find a wide audience. Conference presentation is a good way of doing this. You can't do the same with journals. You mention that you have 'adjusted' to audience - and that is a good thing for conference presentations. How you have presented it in this RG forum seems legitimate.
Presenting a paper orally should be fine to do more than once - I have done that many times. The problem starts if the conference bosses want you to publish an abstract, or even a full paper, in which case you may need to hand over copyrights. So that is something to check before you agree to anything.
For me, I think it is not good. It is better to publish in discreet journals, most of conferences are for commercial purposes or for the purpose of advertising, and the last thing that concerns the scientific aspects.
Mustafa Alnaser, this issue is relative as some conferences, end even some journals, afford you the consent to participate, or publish, a previously presented manuscript. thus, in such similar cases, you can count two conference participations. for republishing a manuscript with slight variations, you still can do this although it is not academically preferred nor favored.
Ultimately research is evaluated in terms of new findings, rather than the number of papers. If two papers have very similar content, it may be counted as a single research effort by evaluation committees of educational institutions e.g. PhD research committee.
