which one is good one with decent reviews and suggestions.
is there any problems when submitting to journal for publication
will it count as duplicate publication because one of my colleague had this issue
Some journals have problems with preprints, but not all. There may be also other problems. Therefore many researchers upload preprints only after acceptance of their paper, provided the journal allows preprints. See
