i) Brick masonry work in Cement mortar (1:6)
ii) RCC (1:2:4) for roof slabs
iii) Random Rubble stone masonry in (1:3) lime sand mortar
iv) Cement Concrete floor with 1:1.5:3 proportion
v) Plastering in Cement mortar (1:4), 12mm thick for walls

Refer data breakup of rate analysis from central or state PWD as the case may be. Get the market cost of bricks, cement, add sundries and contractor's profit and compute the net rate for that particular item. In fact the procedure differs from State to state and Central govt.
